Job Description
We are looking for friendly and professional Customer Support Executives to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Maintain customer records and update information
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
• Provide product information and assistance
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and ability to handle difficult situations
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work in shifts if required
