I have not concealed any information, however, if any information furnished herein is fraudulent, incorrect or untrue, I agree to forego my seat in the institution. Further that the admission to the course is liable to be cancelled. I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the institution. I have fully read the information furnished by me/my son/daughter/ward and affirm that it is true and if it is proved that the information is fraudulent, I will have no objection in the cancellation of the admission. In case of withdrawal of admission within 0-10 days, 30 % of the first installment (as mentioned in the fee chart) will be deducted in case a refund is demanded. After 10 days no application will be accepted for cancellation of the admission.

I/We also agree to pay the course fee as per the schedule be mutually discussed and agreed upon. I/We also have no objection against the institute for taking action in case of payment default during the schedule.

Rules & Regulations

  1. Academic Discipline: Students enrolled in the Institute are expected to maintain academic diligence and work hard. If a student is found to be negligent, creating disturbances, irregular in attendance, or unresponsive to a academic guidance, the institute reserves the right to expel the student. The decision of the Center-in-Charge in this regard will be final and binding, No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in Such cases.
  2. Attendance Policy: If a student remains absent for more than 30 days continuously without a prior written application, they will be deemed expelled from the institute. No separate notification will be sent to the parents/guardians. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
  3. Submission and Receipts: It is the sole responsibility of the student or their Guardian to ensure the Admission form is submitted to the Director/Office. Parents/Students must collect a valid money receipt for every payment made to the Institute.
  4. Documentation & Publicity: Incomplete forms will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach a photocopy of the previous class mark sheet and passport size photographs with the admission form. The institute reserves the right to use the student's photograph and name for publicity purposes should the student achieve exemplary results.
  5. Adherence to Rules: Upon taking admission at Indo Science Academy, the student agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of the center. The Institute holds the right to modify these rules to maintain discipline and academic standards.
  6. Contact Information: Any change in residential address or contact number must be notified to the office immediately.

  7. Identity Card & Uniform: Adherence to the prescribed uniform code and possession of a valid Identity card are mandatory conditions for entry into the Institute. A duplicate Identity card may be issued upon grounds for immediate rustication.
  8. Study Material: If study material provided to the Student is lost or misplaced a duplicate set can be obtained from the institute against payment of the applicable replacement fee.
  9. Communication: Providing a valid E-mail ID and mobile number by the student/parent is mandatory, Test results and important announcements will be sent via SMS or E-mail. The institute is not responsible if informed is missed on invalid or non-updated E-mail/mobile number was provided.
  10. Force Majeure: The Institute shall not be held responsible for any loss on interruption of classes due to situations beyond control, such as natural calamities, strikes or civil unrest.
  11. Taxation: Fees are subject to government taxation. If the Central or State Government taxation increases the GST rate or introduces new taxes, the additional amount will be borne by the student/parent from the date of enforcement.
  12. Right to Alter: The institute reserves the right to make any alteration in its programs, Schedule or fee structure without prior notice.
  13. Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions, the matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the institute. The seat of arbitration will be Bhubaneswar only. All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bhubaneswar.
  14. Prohibited Conduct: Consumption of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products, as well as fighting, bullying, or using abusive Language within the institute premises, is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate expulsion.
  15. Electronic Devices: Usage of mobile phones or other electronic gadgets during class hours is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the faculty. The institute reserves the right to confiscate such devices if this rule is violated.
  16. Damage to Property: students are responsible for the institute's property. Any damage caused to furniture, equipment, or infrastructure are by a student will be charged to the student/parent
